We have always made wine

We have always made wine in the Cavallini Estate, our father planted the current vineyards in Poggio Campana and those in Poggione, more than 20 years ago.

There are also a further 2 hectares of new planting on the Poggione di Ciliegiolo and Alicante.

Today we take care of the company and the wine with professionalism and passion.

We fled to the countryside

We are two brothers, Nicola and Roberto, who fled to the countryside to make a refined, territorial and high quality wine.


Our company is certified organic

Our estate covers 350 hectares of which 11 are vineyards. Here we do many things: production of milk, meat, oil, all the arable land that revolves around the production of milk. Our company is certified organic.

Artisanal and high quality wines

The production of the wines is followed personally with the help of consultants such as the agronomist and oenologist and aided by the cellarman. We are present in the vineyard and in the cellar to follow the crucial activities such as vineyard conduction, establishing the right time of harvest, winemaking, aging and bottling.

The creation of the wines is handcrafted of small quantities to have quality wines.
