The barrels are made of small and medium-sized oak, the Vermentino Riserva Ninì ages in barrels made especially for us by a tonnellerie in Acacia to better match the characteristics of the Vermentino.
The wines are not filtered so it is possible the presence of a deposit on the bottom of the bottle of the reserves.
